To be a candidate for full time Child and Youth Worker positions you must meet the following criteria:

  • Presently attending or have completed a Child and Youth Worker, Social Service Worker, Developmental Service Worker or a related discipline degree/diploma
  • Provide a Police Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening Consent to a Child Welfare System check
  • Provide a doctor’s note stating that you are fit to work in a residential setting
  • Provide evidence of up-to-date immunization
  • Provide a copy of your driver’s license
  • Provide a Ministry of Transportation Driver’s Abstract
  • Be able to successfully complete all required training
    •
